About the Role
As a CRS Behavior Aide you will be providing support to residents with mental illness by helping them reach their goals and live their best lives. You will be assisting with behavior management strategies and providing positive reinforcement. Also, your role would be to encourage residents to engage in healthy activities and social interactions all while offering compassion, guidance, and consistency in day-to-day support in a group home setting.
