Integrated Community Support (ICS)

Our Integrated Community Support services offer a highly tailored program that works with residents to achieve their desired level of independence. Staff members are on-site throughout daytime hours and residents are able to schedule meetings as wanted, as well as utilize 24-hour support staff whenever needed.

 

Our team works with residents with a wide range of needs, including crisis stabilization as well as transitional and long-term care. We have a strong understanding of mental health, brain injury, and healthcare management, and our staff are dedicated to providing the best support possible to all residents. 

 

Our caring team is able to assist with home management tasks including meal preparation and housekeeping, mental health supports related to self-injurious behavior, anxiety, aggression, and more, socialization and companionship, assistance setting up meetings or appointments, and much more.
